Domestic Shipping & Handling costs have been added to ALL original artworks (and prints) by default.


WE SHIP ALL ARTWORK FROM OUR GALLERY EVERY FRIDAY & OUR APPAREL EVERY DAY (EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS.) Items must be purchased BEFORE 12:00pm PST during our "Gallery Days" (above) to be included in same day shipping.

We ship domestically via USPS, Fedex & UPS from San Francisco, California. We ship Ground or Standard by default. Expedited or faster shipping options are unavailable at this time. Depending on location, weather or routes, your item is expected to deliver within 2 weeks from ship date. We will not be held responsible for delays due to lack of coordination with our ship days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please e-mail us directly at with the product(s) title to request international and military address shipping rates. Unfortunately, our web store is unable to ship internationally or to military addresses at this time.

Framed artworks are carefully wrapped with protective cushioning for safe transit. Unframed artworks are cushioned in the same technique including acid-free glassline paper for added protection.

Apparel products are normally shipped in protective poly bags via USPS.


If for some reason you do not receive your package or there is visible damage to packaging AND to the product, please inform us immediately to help you file a claim to our ship carrier. The Method Makers, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage through transit.


ALL SALES FINAL FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK & PRINTS, NO REFUNDS. We highly advise for you to make an appointment with the head curator, Neal Hilo, to see the gallery and artwork(s) in person. Please e-mail to schedule a private appointment to view our gallery in San Francisco, California.

ALL SALES FINAL FOR APPAREL, NO REFUNDS. Although, we will accept exchanges due to incorrect size,  but item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective (ie. manufacture defect or discoloration of fabric or silkscreen print).  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

"Dimensions" - measured in inches by Height (H), Width (W) and in most cases Depth (D).
"Backing/Hanger" - describes what mechanism is used to hang or curate the artwork.
"Medium" - describes what type of art and materials were used to create it.
